Call Center Sales Executive

Description:

We are looking for a motivated call center sales person to handle the phone call inquiries related to the car battery and tyre and sales.

If you have previous experience in automotive industry where you have got knowledge about various car brands and models, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming phone calls and give price of battery and tyre to the customer.
• Be able to sell products to the customers.
• Provide customer service to the customers remotely.
• Clearly understand the customer’s request and be able to transmit it to the field teams in a proper & timely manner.
• Must be willing to learn and excel in over the phone sales practices.

Requirements:

• Have minimum previous experience in a similar role of 3 years.
• Have a high-school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English is a must and Arabic is an optional plus.
• Have good knowledge of most of the car brands and models.
• Must have Good computer skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint, in particular)
