- Meet sales and gross margin targets allocated for the given year.
- Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet those needs.
- Generate leads and grow existing relationships and maintain a detailed database of clients.
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and use of social media.
- Build a network and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect list.
- Negotiate the terms of the agreement and close sales.
- Prepare quotes and business proposals and maintain regular follow up with the clients.
- Conduct research on industry trends, market activities, and competitors and propose value-added proposition to the customers.
- Submit sales reports to management in a timely manner.
- Prepare sales forecasting by using sale force.
- Work closely with other department and exhibit team work to ensure mobilization of the projects.
- Use company CRM and follow Group Sales Process.
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.
