Alessa Company, a leading provider of premium German kitchen solutions across the GCC, is looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our installation team in the UAE.

The Carpenter will be responsible for the installation of complete kitchen sets, ensuring safe delivery, precise fitting, and exceptional craftsmanship at customer premises.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Install kitchen sets in compliance with company standards and quality requirements
✅ Support transportation, loading, unloading, and delivery of kitchen sets from the warehouse to customer locations
✅ Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and installation plans
✅ Verify site measurements and ensure compatibility between kitchen dimensions and delivered items
✅ Cut, shape, assemble, and install cabinets, shelves, furniture, and related carpentry components
✅ Perform repairs, adjustments, and maintenance when required

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Carpenter in the home furniture, kitchen, or interior fit-out industry
✔ Hands-on experience with carpentry materials and installation techniques
✔ Strong understanding of carpentry methods, construction, and furniture installation
✔ Ability to read technical drawings and installation plans
