How You Will Create An Impact

 

• Provide support and assistance to the team in effectively and profitably underwriting, marketing, selling, and promoting all Liability products.
• Tasks include underwriting of new business production and renewal retention developed through Brokers, Direct Clients, and Business Development Managers.
   

What You’ll Need To Succeed

 

• Maintain the Casualty underwriting principles that adhere to all corporate guidelines and support the strategy and profit goals of the company.
• Develop strategic relationships with producers in GCC markets with focus on Saudi Arabia.
• Provide sound underwriting decisions, exhibit flexibility, and price risks to achieve established profit goals for the company. Provide feedback on renewal loss ratios that exceed permissible. Identify poor performing accounts.
• Maintaining broker/client relationships. Generate new business from existing producers and up-sell current accounts.
• Adhere to underwriting authority & underwriting guidelines reference in the AIG Casualty Intranet site.
• Handling of all process-oriented tasks ensuring a smooth process in place
