Description:
This isn't a back-office processing job. This is an advisory and business-development position with real ownership. You'll be the go-to person for all things citizenship, residency, and global mobility — from the first client conversation to programme delivery, partner management, and revenue growth.
What you'll own:
- Client Advisory — Assess client profiles (nationality, family structure, travel needs, tax situation, timeline) and recommend the right programme. Not the one with the highest commission — the one that actually fits. Caribbean CBI, European residency (Portugal, Greece, Malta, Hungary), UAE Golden Visa, and emerging programmes.
- End-to-End Processing — Manage the full application lifecycle from document collection to government submission to approval. You'll be responsible for timelines, compliance, and client communication at every stage. No hand-holding from the founder — you run this.
- Partner Network — Build and maintain relationships with licensed agents, government-authorised representatives, law firms, and programme providers across the Caribbean, Europe, and beyond. Negotiate terms, evaluate new partners, and ensure Aethoras always has the best access and pricing.
- Product Knowledge & Innovation — Stay ahead of regulatory changes, new programmes, pricing shifts, and competitive moves. When Hungary changes its Golden Visa rules or a Caribbean government updates its pricing, you're the first to know and the first to brief the team.
- Cross-Selling & Strategy — Work closely with Aethoras's real estate and business setup verticals to connect CBI into broader client strategies. A Dubai property buyer might need a Golden Visa. A business setup client might benefit from a Caribbean passport for banking access. You see these connections and act on them.
- Revenue Growth — This vertical has a direct P&L. You'll drive pipeline, close mandates, and grow CBI into a significant revenue stream alongside property and advisory.
Who You Are
You might be coming from one of these backgrounds:
- CBI/RBI industry — You've worked at a CBI consultancy, licensed agent, or government-authorised representative and you know the programmes, the paperwork, and the processing inside out. You want more ownership, better positioning, and a firm that treats CBI as strategy, not a commodity.
- Immigration or relocation advisory — You've handled investor visas, work permits, or corporate relocation and you understand immigration as a strategic tool. You want to apply that to HNWI clients with bigger, more complex needs.
- Wealth management, private banking, or family office — You understand global mobility as part of wealth structuring. You know why a Caribbean passport matters for banking access, why European residency connects to estate planning, and why clients think in jurisdictions, not just countries.
- Legal background with immigration or corporate law — You've drafted applications, reviewed due diligence, or advised on cross-border structures. You want to move from pure legal work into an advisory role with client relationships and commercial responsibility.
What matters more than your title:
- You know at least 3-4 CBI/RBI programmes well enough to compare them in a client meeting without looking anything up.
- You understand due diligence, source of funds, and compliance — not as a box-ticking exercise, but as something that protects the client and the firm.
- You're comfortable managing a pipeline of 10-20 active mandates at different stages simultaneously.
- You can write a professional client email, prepare a comparison proposal, and present confidently to HNWI clients.
- You take initiative. If a new programme launches or a partner underperforms, you don't wait to be told, you act.
