Charge Nurse (Scrub Experience)

Swift Day Surgery Center, Jumeirah is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join our dedicated team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in the UAE
• Proven experience as a scrub nurse (OT)
• Valid DHA license/eligibility
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and supervise nursing staff effectively

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the nursing team to ensure smooth clinical operations
• Oversee OT scheduling, preparation, and sterile protocols
• Support surgeons and anesthetists during procedures
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and patient safety protocols
• Mentor and guide junior nursing staff
