Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in banking, credit facilities, CMA data preparation, financial projections, and negotiating working capital limits
• Proficiency in statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations
• Knowledge of international business transactions, currency risk, export-import documentation, LCs, and INCOTERMS
• Specialization in strategic financial planning, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization
• Experience with ERP systems (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel financial modeling
• Upholding high ethical standards and exceptional communication skills for interactions with banks, auditors, suppliers, and international clients
