Chief Accountant

Description:

Evergreen Plastic Products MFG is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to join its manufacturing operations at Dubai Investment Park 2. This role is critical in managing the company’s financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining strong financial controls across all business units.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within the UAE manufacturing sector and the ability to independently manage end-to-end accounting functions while supporting management with financial insights and compliance. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred for quick onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete financial accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and audit schedules
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Supervise accounting records, reconciliations, and documentation accuracy
• Support senior management with financial analysis and decision-making

Technical & Software Skills:

• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Business Central 360
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting systems and audit processes
