Description:

Spearhead the formulation and execution of the Group's digital delivery strategy for Personal Banking. This entails employing an integrated multi-channel approach, encompassing online and mobile banking.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital banking strategy aligned with the bank's overall business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the bank remains competitive.
  • Digital Product Management: Lead the development and management of digital banking products and services, including online and mobile banking applications, payment solutions, and digital wallets.
  • Customer Experience: Focus on enhancing the digital customer experience by optimizing user interfaces, simplifying processes, and ensuring a seamless and secure online banking environment.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital marketing campaigns that promote digital banking products and services, drive customer acquisition, and increase user engagement.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics and customer insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve digital banking offerings. Implement data-driven strategies to personalize services and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking operations. Implement robust security measures to protect customer data and transactions.
  • Partnerships and Fintech Collaboration: Explore partnerships with fintech companies and other external partners to enhance digital banking capabilities and stay innovative.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing digital banking team, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage the budget for digital banking initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in digital banking, with a proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, digital technologies, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the UAE banking sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
