Chief Financial Officer

Description:

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief of Finance to lead our finance operations and support business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial strategy, planning, and analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
• Ensure accurate financial reporting (IFRS) and compliance (VAT, tax)
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and audit functions
• Mitigate financial risks and advise leadership
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in finance/accounting; MBA or master’s preferred
• CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent certification
• 5+ years in a leadership finance role
• Real estate experience preferred
• Proficient in financial systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations
