Chief Financial Officer

🎯 We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in the UAE , with strong financial leadership and a deep understanding of tech-driven business models to help us scale and drive long-term growth.

💼 Your Responsibilities:

✅ Define and execute TaknaaCode’s financial strategy

✅ Lead fundraising efforts (equity, debt, convertible notes, grants)

✅ Implement robust financial planning, reporting, and risk management systems

✅ Structure and optimize our SaaS business model and project profitability

✅ Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and strategic partners

✔️ Proven experience in financial leadership, ideally in a tech or deeptech startup

✔️ Strong background in fundraising, financial modeling, and international accounting

✔️ Passion for AI, industrial innovation, and the clean energy transition

✔️ Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and operational rigor

✔️ Based in the UAE or ready to relocate in the short term
