This is a senior leadership role suited to an accomplished finance professional ready to shape financial governance across a growing multi-entity portfolio.

The Role:
This position represents a career-defining opportunity for a commercial finance leader. The Group CFO will be responsible for designing and implementing robust financial governance across approximately five operating companies spanning real estate, marketing, technology, and construction sectors. The core focus will be on aligning multi-entity reporting structures while delivering timely and insightful commercial analysis to ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee group-wide financial governance and reporting frameworks
• Harmonize financial reporting across multiple operating entities
• Provide real-time commercial insights and strategic financial guidance to principals
• Build and lead a centralized finance function across the group
• Drive financial integration, controls, and performance management
• Act as a trusted financial advisor to ownership and senior leadership

The Candidate Profile:

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or CPA certification
• Minimum of fifteen years post-qualification experience
• Proven background as a CFO or Group Finance Director within a multi-entity environment such as a family office, investment holding, or private equity platform
• Direct experience in at least two relevant sectors including real estate, marketing, technology, or construction
• Demonstrated ability to build financial systems, lead teams, and establish trusted advisory relationships
