Chief Financial Officer

At AX CAPITAL Real Estate, we believe exceptional leadership drives exceptional business performance. We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance function, strengthen financial governance, and support the company's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Finance Department, ensuring efficient day-to-day financial operations.

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Prepare and present accurate financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Oversee cash flow management, financial planning, and working capital optimization.

Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, IFRS, and statutory requirements.

Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and government entities.

Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and risk management procedures.

Monitor company profitability, cost control initiatives, and financial performance.

Advise senior management on investment opportunities, business expansion, and strategic financial decisions.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, payroll, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting.

Ensure timely preparation of VAT, Corporate Tax, and all other statutory financial submissions.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Mandatory Requirements

✔️ 5–7+ years of proven UAE experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or in an equivalent senior finance leadership role – Mandatory

✔️ Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken, written, and read) – Mandatory

✔️ Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management

✔️ Proven experience managing audits, financial compliance, and internal controls

✔️ Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills

✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

✔️ Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or CFA is highly preferred

✔️ Previous experience within the UAE real estate industry or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred
