Description:
The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to travel as needed, often with limited notice, and professionalism to represent the CEO when necessary, including attending meetings on his behalf. The role also includes supervision of staff and teams. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset to execute projects in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Partner closely with the CEO to plan, coordinate, and execute operations spanning the firm’s full-range of activities and investment sectors.
· Oversee project management across the firm’s portfolio, including timelines, deliverables, reporting milestones, and coordination with internal and external collaborators.
· Supervise and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and internal operations.
· Attend high-level internal and external engagements on behalf of the CEO, when appropriate, representing operational initiatives and ensuring continuity of decision-making and follow-up.
· Manage and support administrative and technical staff, including project managers, to ensure efficient execution of all deliverables and convenings.
· Draft and review relevant communications, including press statements, concept notes, internal memos, reports, briefs, and presentations for various high-level public and private audiences.
· Support the coordination and implementation of investment projects, partnerships, and events across the firm’s global footprint.
· Ensure timely follow-ups, internal workflow efficiency, and rigorous attention to detail across all technical and operational activities.
· Monitor workflows across disparate teams, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively recommend process improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management Consulting (Master’s degree preferred).
