Chief Operating Officer

Description:

A well-established and diversified group of companies in Dubai is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee operations across multiple business sectors. This leadership role requires a results-driven professional capable of managing complex operations and driving business growth.

The group operates across the following sectors:

• Royal Phoenix Clinic – Healthcare Services

• Phoenix Medicines LLC – Pharmaceutical and Medical Supply

• Thimar Al Madina Real Estate – Real Estate and Property Management

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, improving efficiency, and aligning business processes with long-term strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing day-to-day operations across all group companies

• Developing and executing operational strategies that align with overall business objectives

• Driving organizational performance, efficiency, and profitability across multiple sectors

• Establishing, tracking, and optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments

• Ensuring full compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and industry standards

• Streamlining processes and implementing best practices to enhance operational effectiveness

• Working closely with executive leadership to support business expansion and growth initiatives

• Managing, mentoring, and guiding senior leadership teams to achieve business goals

Requirements for the role:

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience working as a COO within the UAE (mandatory)

• Demonstrated success in managing operations across multiple industries, preferably healthcare, pharmaceutical, or real estate sectors

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to make strategic decisions

• Excellent financial acumen and operational management expertise

• Proven ability to scale businesses and handle multi-entity operations

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification will be considered a strong advantage

• In-depth understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
