Chiller Technician

Description:

We are recruiting a skilled Chiller Technician to join our facilities team and support maintenance activities across multiple project sites. The role focuses on ensuring chiller systems run reliably and efficiently through preventive maintenance, timely fault diagnosis, and swift corrective repairs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance on chillers and associated HVAC equipment.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and installations.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs for compressors, condensers, evaporators, controls, and related components.
• Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and provide effective on-site troubleshooting.
• Coordinate closely with facilities teams and site managers to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Support energy-efficiency initiatives and follow safe working practices on site.
