We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil 3D Draftsman to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about infrastructure design and proficient in creating and managing 3D BIM models for civil projects. Immediate joiners currently based in the UAE are preferred.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for roads, drainage, and hydrology systems.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure model accuracy.
• Prepare construction drawings, cross-sections, and visualizations based on BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and maintain data accuracy across all drawings.
• Assist in clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and model coordination using relevant BIM tools.
• Generate precise 2D shop drawings as required for project documentation.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a BIM Modeler focusing on roads, hydrology, or drainage projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant BIM applications.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
