Civil Draftsman

Stars General Contracting Co. LLC is seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman to join its team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing civil and infrastructure drawings, with excellent AutoCAD skills and the ability to coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and site teams.

The role requires attention to detail, accuracy in drawing preparation, and the ability to manage revisions and updates according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate civil and infrastructure drawings using AutoCAD.

• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed project layouts.

• Update drawings based on engineers’ markups and site modifications.

• Maintain drawing registers and manage revision control.

• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and site teams for drawing requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Civil Drafting or Engineering.

• 3–5+ years of experience in civil drafting within the construction industry.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Civil 3D knowledge is an added advantage.

• Good attention to detail with the ability to meet project deadlines.

• UAE construction experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Civil drafting and infrastructure drawing preparation.

 • Shop drawings and as-built documentation.

 • AutoCAD-based drafting processes.
