Civil Engineer

Description:

Prepare accurate BOQs, pricing, and cost estimates
Analyze drawings, specs, and site conditions
Handle variation pricing & value engineering
Support tender submissions and commercial clarifications
Coordinate with site teams to align pricing vs execution
Assist in monthly cost tracking and profitability control
🧠 Required Profile
Civil Engineer with strong QS / pricing background
Dubai Municipality G+12 or Unlimited license (mandatory)
4–8 years UAE experience (contractor side preferred)
