Civil Engineer

Description:

• Find and develop new civil maintenance clients and projects.
•  
• Visit construction sites, buildings, facilities, hotels, contractors and other potential clients.
•  
• Build relationships with Facility Managers, Property Managers, Procurement Teams, Contractors and Consultants.
•  
• Attend client meetings and understand project requirements.
•  
• Coordinate quotations, BOQs and proposals.
•  
• Follow up with clients from enquiry until project award.
•  
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
•  
• Project Execution & Supervision
•  
• Visit sites and assess civil maintenance requirements.
•  
• Prepare scope of work, material and manpower requirements.
•  
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors.
•  
• Monitor project progress, quality and timelines.
•  
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors during execution.
•  
• Handle measurements, site reports, snagging and project handover.
•  
• Ensure projects are completed according to agreed scope and quality.
•  
• Monitor project costs and project profitability.

🔹 Requirements

• Civil Engineering degree/diploma.
•  
• UAE experience in civil/building maintenance is preferred.
•  
• Good knowledge of block work, plastering, painting, tiling, waterproofing, gypsum/false ceiling and general civil maintenance.
•  
• Existing UAE client network will be an advantage.
•  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•  
• Confident in client meetings and site visits.
•  
• Ability to independently manage projects from client enquiry → quotation → project award → execution → handover.
•  
• UAE driving license is preferred.
