Job Opening: Civil Engineer (G+1 License)

Location: Dubai Marina, UAE

Are you an experienced Civil Engineer with a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 license? We’re looking for a skilled professional to lead and manage G+1 building construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Approvals:

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings per Dubai Municipality codes.
• Handle permits and approvals, including building permits and completion certificates.

Project Management:

• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and address challenges.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all activities comply with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defence regulations.

Safety & Structural Oversight:

• Perform structural analyses and ensure safety standards.

Team Leadership:

• Lead junior engineers and site supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• License: Valid DM G+1 license (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in G+1 projects in Dubai.
• Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, structural analysis software.
• Soft Skills: Communication, leadership, and project management.
