Civil Site Engineer

Al Ameer Building Contracting is looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with Dubai Municipality Approval (G+4) to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with proven experience in villa and residential building construction who are committed to delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, coordinating project execution, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and supporting the successful completion of residential projects across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the construction of villas and residential buildings (G+4).

• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

• Monitor structural, finishing, and site supervision activities.

• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and project execution.

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants throughout the construction process.

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and company standards.

• Monitor project progress and resolve site-related issues efficiently.

• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements:

• Dubai Municipality Approved Engineer (G+4) – Mandatory.

• 5–7 years of UAE experience in villa and residential building construction.

• Strong knowledge of structural, finishing, and site supervision works.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Valid UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle.
