Al Ghaith Properties LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaner Supervisor to join their team. This opportunity is open only to candidates who are available for immediate joining and possess relevant UAE experience in cleaning and facility supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cleaning operations, particularly within shopping centers or mall environments, and will be capable of leading diverse teams while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising cleaning staff and overseeing daily cleaning operations

• Ensuring all areas meet the required standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Managing staff schedules, shifts, and overall team performance

• Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality standards

• Coordinating with management to address operational needs and improvements

• Handling staff-related matters and ensuring smooth team coordination

Requirements for the role:

• Prior UAE experience in a similar supervisory role is mandatory

• Strong experience working in shopping malls or large commercial centers

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams

• Ability to work with multicultural teams and handle diverse work environments

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
