Job Description

  • The Client Account Manager will act as the principal point-of-contact for our existing client and will work closely with the internal Marketing teams on the delivery of all new initiatives to help drive product awareness, client retention, and meet company goals.
  • This person will capture and track valuable client feedback and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed regarding project status and progress, including milestones of program development.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the client account.
  • Overseeing client account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive and consultative client support, ensuring high retention and net revenue growth within an existing client base. This is executed by garnering a deep understanding of client’s business models and needs while then providing consultative solutions that will add value to their business objectives.
  • Manage the client communications within key accounts, build relationships with decision makers, and present the strategic vision and current performance on regular client meetings.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Arabic & English)
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager in a Marketing Agency.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
