Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Advisor who is fluent in Russian and has a strong background in luxury jewellery sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term client relationships, and representing the brand with professionalism and elegance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with personalized, consultative service in-store
- Provide expert knowledge of high-end jewellery collections and offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance
- Maintain product knowledge, including new arrivals, collections, and trends
- Ensure store displays are aligned with brand standards and updated regularly
- Support CRM activities and follow-up with clients for after-sales service
- Collaborate with internal teams on stock management and customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian and English (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in luxury jewellery or high-end retail (minimum 2 years)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-groomed, polished, and confident in dealing with high-net-worth clients
- Knowledge of CRM systems and retail operations is a plus
- UAE experience preferred
