We are seeking a refined, service-oriented, and knowledgeable Client Advisor to join our luxury jewelry boutique. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, representing the brand with professionalism, and cultivating lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients. You will guide clients through our exclusive collections while ensuring a personalized, engaging, and luxurious in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Sales Excellence:
- Greet and welcome clients, delivering a world-class luxury experience
- Understand and anticipate client needs, offering personalized product recommendations
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product knowledge and relationship-building
- Maintain a deep understanding of brand history, craftsmanship, and materials
Clienteling & Loyalty Building:
- Develop long-term relationships with VIP clients through clienteling techniques, follow-ups, and private appointments
- Maintain an up-to-date client database and ensure all interactions are logged accurately
- Proactively invite clients for new launches, events, and collection previews
Product Knowledge & Presentation:
- Stay updated on current collections, limited editions, and bespoke pieces
- Ensure all products are displayed in accordance with visual merchandising standards
- Assist in stock management and inventory accuracy
Operational Excellence:
- Process transactions efficiently and ensure adherence to boutique operational policies
- Assist with daily opening/closing procedures, reports, and boutique upkeep
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a luxurious and welcoming boutique atmosphere
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or fine jewelry sales
- Experience in working with affluent clientele or international customers is a plus
