Client Relationship Manager

Description:

We are a leading multinational Citizenship & Residency by Investment Company (CBI & RBI). We are looking for a Client Relations Manager who can nurture and maintain long term relationship with our clients specially VIPs. Expected to resolve any issue arise to ensure the clients are satisfied with our services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with the concern employees.
• Set up regular meetings with the existing clients to ensure they are staisfied.
• Act as a point of contact for all clients' complaints and escalations.
• Travel regularly to overseas offices to meet clients specially VIPs.
• Help sales team to up-sell and cross-sell new products/services.
• Study the market and competition and recommend ways to maintain and grow the market share.
• Coordinate with the internal teams (sales, operations, finance... etc.) to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications

Sales and/or Clients Relations experience preferably in banking, insurance, financial services.

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

Willing to travel to different regions specially (Position will be mainly based in Dubai)
