Client Relationship Manager

Description:

Due to an ongoing growth, we are looking for a motivated, passionate Client Relationship Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with our customers.

Within the role you will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with all our services.

In this role, you are expected to be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

Background of customer service and knowledge within the industry is strongly recommended. Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our customers.

Responsibilities

• Build close relationships with team members and customers

• Manage timetables and class schedules for the Academy

• Create monthly newsletters

• Handle social media accounts for the Academy

• Handle sales, courses enrolments, class bookings, customers bookings and payments

• Working closely with KHDA and Dubai Authorities an order to ensure all regulations are met

• Create plans to address student’s needs

• Act as first point of contact for complaints and deescalate issues appropriately

• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

• Analyse competitors and find new ways to retain customers

• Work diligently to meet sales and revenue targets

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager

• Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus

• Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)

• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (Active Campaign, ScheduleHouse etc)

• Proficient in social platforms such as Instagram, FB and Linkedin

• A customer-oriented attitude

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Problem-solving attitude

• Ability to work well within the team environment

• Fluent English/Arabic

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
