• Minimum of five years of proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare or medical services sector.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory and essential for effective communication with patients and staff.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage day-to-day clinic operations, including staff coordination, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Experience in patient relations and customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience at all times.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
