A reputable medical center based in Ajman is looking to hire an experienced and qualified Clinic Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day clinic operations. This role requires a strong healthcare background combined with leadership experience to ensure smooth clinical, administrative, and financial performance.

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining full compliance with Ministry of Health regulations while improving operational efficiency and supporting high standards of patient care. The role involves close coordination with medical staff, administrative teams, and management to ensure the clinic operates effectively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Medical qualification is mandatory, with a background in medicine or nursing
• At least five years of managerial experience in a healthcare facility within the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of MOH regulations, policies, and healthcare compliance standards
• Hands-on experience in clinic administration and operational management
• Strong administrative and financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capability to manage multidisciplinary teams while maintaining quality patient care and operational excellence
