The successful candidates will work in diverse healthcare settings and will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a range of psychological issues. They will also play a vital role in developing individualized care plans, collaborating with medical professionals, and contributing to the overall wellness of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, interviews, and diagnostic evaluations for patients.

• Provide therapy and intervention for individuals, families, and groups as appropriate.

• Design and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.

• Participate in mental health promotion initiatives within the community or healthcare setting.

• Adhere strictly to DOH regulations and uphold patient confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Remain current with advancements in psychological research and treatment methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).

• 2 to 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

• Valid DOH (Department of Health) license is mandatory.

• Strong background in psychological assessments, therapy, and patient care.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Empathy, professionalism, and a strong ethical commitment to patient care.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
