We are currently seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist to collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

·        Review and validate medication orders to ensure safety and appropriateness.
·        Participate in clinical rounds and multidisciplinary discussions.
·        Provide drug information and therapeutic recommendations.
·        Monitor patient responses and manage adverse drug reactions.
·        Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and hospital policies.

✅ Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy.
·        Valid MOH License / Eligibility as Clinical Pharmacist.
·        Minimum 2–3 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
·        Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
