A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to become part of its hospital pharmacy team. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and review medication prescriptions to ensure safe, accurate, and effective drug therapy for patients.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans.
• Monitor patient responses to medications and provide recommendations when adjustments are required.
• Provide clinical guidance regarding medication use, potential drug interactions, and appropriate dosing.
• Support the implementation of hospital pharmacy policies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to pharmaceutical care and medication therapy management.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of patient safety and pharmaceutical care across the hospital.

Requirements:

• Valid DHA or MOH License as a Clinical Pharmacist (mandatory).
• Open to candidates of all nationalities.
