Clinical Psychologist

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time opportunity for a DOH-licensed professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health care in a clinical setting.

The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in psychological assessment, evidence-based treatment approaches, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations across a diverse patient population.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, or group settings depending on the case requirement.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with DOH and professional guidelines.
• Coordinate and consult with psychiatrists, physicians, and allied health professionals to support integrated care.
• Keep up-to-date with current psychological research, trends in therapy, and clinical interventions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from a recognized institution.
• Must hold a valid DOH (Department of Health) license to practice in Abu Dhabi.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in clinical or counseling psychology.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Upholds ethical and professional standards in all clinical engagements.
• Full-time availability and commitment to work on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Preferred:
• Previous experience working in mental health facilities or multidisciplinary clinical environments within the UAE.
