Clinical Psychologist

Carlson Recruiters is partnering with reputable healthcare providers in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to identify and recruit a qualified Arabic-speaking Clinical Psychologist. This opportunity is open to professionals specializing in adult or child psychology, with preference given to experienced senior-level Child Psychologists.

The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality psychological assessment and therapeutic services within established multidisciplinary clinical settings. This position offers the chance to work in progressive healthcare environments committed to patient-centered mental health care.

Key Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience working with adult and/or pediatric populations.
• Strong expertise in clinical assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Licensing Requirements:

• Candidates currently holding a valid UAE license (DOH or DHA) are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants based outside the UAE may also be considered, provided they meet eligibility criteria for DOH or DHA licensure.
