We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Sales Manager – MICE to join our team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales plans and strategies
- Drive and develop new business for the hotel and group
- Management and development of existing accounts for the hotel
- Provide key interface with Operations and other departments
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or marketing or related fields – alternatively min. of 5 years in hotel sales.
- Good command of the English language written and verbal, Arabic as an additional language (spoken) an advantage.
- Middle East experience ideally in U.A.E. preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Previous experience in hotel and/or sales experience in the Abu Dhabi hospitality industry is desirable.
- Previous experience in Banquet/Group/MICE Sales & Coordinator (2 – 3 years) essential.
- Proven ability to identify, implement and execute sales strategies and account plans.
- Pro-active approach, with a strong drive for results and a track record of achievement.
