Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM/CMM Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Customer Management solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure SAP CRM/CMM functionalities, support end-to-end implementations, and ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA modules. Hands-on experience with the SAP S/4HANA Service module is mandatory.
This role requires strong functional expertise across CRM business processes, customer service management, system integration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops with business stakeholders.
- Design and configure SAP CRM/CMM solutions to support customer engagement, sales, service, and marketing processes.
- Configure SAP CRM functionalities including:
- Business Partners
- Partner Functions
- CRM Web UI
- Interaction Center
- Service Management
- Customize CRM/CMM processes based on business needs.
- Lead SAP CRM implementation activities including configuration, testing, deployment, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Integrate SAP CRM/CMM with SAP S/4HANA modules including SD, MM, FI, and the SAP S/4HANA Service module.
- Support middleware configuration, interfaces, and data migration activities.
- Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams during developments.
- Prepare test scenarios, execute functional testing, and resolve application issues.
- Create user documentation, process guides, and training materials.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend system enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and support upgrades, patches, and continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP CRM Functional Consulting experience.
- Mandatory experience working with SAP S/4HANA Service module.
- Strong experience implementing and supporting SAP CRM/CMM solutions.
- Experience configuring SAP CRM Web UI and CRM Middleware.
- Strong knowledge of CRM business processes including:
- Lead-to-Order
- Service Request Management
- Customer Service
- Campaign Management
- Experience integrating SAP CRM with SAP S/4HANA modules such as SD, MM, and FI.
- Experience with data migration and system integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP CRM Certification is considered an advantage.
