Description:
Airmed Aviation is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with expertise in 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role requires proficiency in programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modify and create 3D/2D models using SolidWorks.
- Program and edit CNC programs for 3-Axis and 5-Axis Mills, and Lathes.
- Bore jaws and create work holding fixtures.
- Grind tools to meet setup requirements.
- Ensure parts meet specifications with tolerances as low as .001".
- Conduct visual inspections for tool wear.
- Select and install tooling as per documentation.
- Inspect parts for quality assurance.
- Maintain and replace fluids daily in machines.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to support production.
- Keep a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent technical training.
- Minimum of 2 years of job-shop experience in CNC programming and operation.
- Strong knowledge of SolidWorks and experience with CamWorks or HSM software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
