Culinary & Product Development:

• Recipe Development & Management: Create, standardize, and maintain high-quality, diverse recipes.

• Menu Design & Optimization: Structure menus that are scalable, cost-effective, and adaptable to evolving customer preferences.

• Cuisines Strategy: Curate and expand Salsa’s offerings, ensuring a diverse mix of global cuisines that align with market demand.

• Product Refinement: Continuously improve the product by analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and operational efficiency to refine menus, pricing, and culinary offerings.

Proven experience as a chef with a strong understanding of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

• In-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of food, including recipe development, menu structuring, ingredient sourcing, costing, and quality control.

• Ability to train, mentor, and manage chefs while maintaining high culinary standards.

Chef Recruitment & Management:

• Chef Hiring & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of recurring chefs to meet demand as we scale.

• Chef Training & Development: Design and implement robust training programs to maintain consistency and quality across all chefs.

• Partnerships with Celebrity Chefs: Build strategic partnerships with high-profile chefs to elevate Salsa’s brand and credibility.

• Chef Grooming: Mentor chefs to improve performance, foster creativity, and build a strong culinary culture within Salsa.

• Ingredient Sourcing & Costing: Optimize supply chain processes, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

• Quality Control: Establish strict SOPs for food safety, kitchen operations, and service standards, ensuring consistency across all client experiences.

• Networked in the Industry: Existing relationships with chefs, culinary schools, or F&B suppliers is a strong plus.
