Collection Officer

 

Description:

We are currently hiring a Collection Officer to join our operations in the UAE. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage receivables, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely payment collections. The position involves both office-based follow-ups and on-site client visits, requiring strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities:


• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Conduct in-person client visits for payment collection when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections, communications, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate closely with the Collection Manager to report on receivables and recovery status.

Qualifications:


• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory due to client visit requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Background in accounting or finance will be considered an advantage.

Additional Details:


• Main office is based in Abu Dhabi.
• Role is based within the UAE market.
