Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collection activities and follow up on outstanding accounts

• Negotiate payment arrangements and recovery solutions with customers

• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets

• Conduct skip tracing activities to locate customers and recover accounts

• Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and customer interactions

• Prepare collection reports and update account statuses regularly

• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures

• Build professional relationships with customers while resolving payment issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of collections experience in a bank or collection agency

• UAE collections experience is preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and recovery skills

• Experience in skip tracing and skip account recovery

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet performance targets

• Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities

• Own UAE visa is preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
