Collections Officer

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Collections Officer – Buckets to join our growing team in the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals with strong tracing and negotiation abilities who are driven to meet targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor overdue accounts while ensuring timely follow-up and collections.
• Utilize tracing techniques to locate and contact debtors effectively.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to support recovery processes.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies.
• Work toward achieving monthly recovery and collection targets.
• Prepare regular reports detailing collection activities and results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in collections and tracing within the UAE is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
• A target-oriented, proactive, and motivated approach.
• Candidates on spouse visas are preferred, though others are welcome to apply.
• Freshers may also be considered, preferably those on an own visa.
