Description:
Loom Collection is currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Admin to join their team in Dubai Investment Park. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in procurement, administrative support, or inventory management who are eager to grow in a structured corporate environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting procurement operations, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data management tools are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly procurement activities based on sales performance and stock requirements
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations and required shipping documents
• Maintain and update procurement data in Excel, including pricing, quantities, landed costs, and shipment arrivals
• Create and manage Purchase Orders using Odoo system
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to track stock arrivals and inventory status
• Support inventory control, costing entries, and stock management processes
• Maintain accurate internal records and data systems
• Assist with vendor invoice processing and payment approvals
Requirements:
• Experience in procurement, administration, or inventory-related roles
• Strong analytical and data management skills, especially in Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized professional approach
