Description:

You will play a key role in supporting an Account Director and managing a portfolio of clients. You will provide expert broking services, ensuring risk solutions meet client needs.

• Handling new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims
• Delivering outstanding client service while meeting all deadlines
• Developing a strong understanding of each client's business and culture
• Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Building and maintaining beneficial insurer relationships
• Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Providing technical support to colleagues and assisting in problem resolution

What We’re Looking For

• CIP Qualification
• Proven experience in a a Commercial Insurance role.
• Strong client advocacy and problem-solving skills
• Passion for the insurance industry and a proactive mindset
• Excellent IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
