A Licensed Financial Institution in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a detail-oriented and organized Committee Secretary to provide essential administrative support for the Appeals Committee. This full-time role requires a candidate with significant experience in handling case management and maintaining confidentiality in high-stakes, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize appealed case files, ensuring they are properly scheduled and ready for committee review.

  • Act as a liaison between dispute parties and the Appeals Committee, maintaining discretion and adhering to guidelines.

  • Accurately record minutes of meetings and decisions, ensuring all official documentation is complete and compliant with legal standards.

  • Coordinate the appearance of dispute parties and experts before the committee based on scheduled dates.

  • Notify all involved parties of committee decisions through approved communication tools and channels.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • 8 to 15 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in legal, financial, or regulatory bodies.

  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
