Key Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and actively participate in the listing process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal and finance teams to prepare and submit all necessary documentation for the listing.
  • Stay abreast of changes in listing regulations and stock exchange requirements, providing timely updates to the executive team.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate governance and regulatory obligations.
  • Assist in the preparation of board and committee meetings, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of materials.
  • Attend and provide support during board and committee meetings, including the preparation of minutes.
  • Act as a liaison between the legal team and other departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, stock exchanges, and other stakeholders involved in the listing process.
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date corporate records, including statutory registers and filings.
  • Ensure the proper archiving and storage of all legal documents and records.
  • Identify potential legal and compliance risks associated with the listing process and implement strategies to mitigate such risks.
  • Provide proactive legal advice to the executive team on relevant issues.
  • Work closely with the Group Chief Legal Officer and legal team to provide comprehensive support in all legal matters.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the legal team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
