Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Analyst to design, manage and optimise our total rewards programs. The role combines data analysis, market benchmarking, policy administration and cross-functional partnering to ensure our compensation structures and benefits offerings are competitive, compliant and aligned with business strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Finance and business leaders to support salary planning, job evaluation, benefits administration and reward communications. Responsibilities - Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to inform competitive pay structures and annual salary reviews. - Analyse pay data, produce compensation models, salary ranges and job leveling recommendations. - Design and maintain job families, grading structures and role profiles in collaboration with HR business partners. - Support annual salary budgeting and merit, promotion and variable pay processes; model scenarios and forecast cost impact. - Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, allowances, insurance) and liaise with providers and brokers. - Ensure compensation and benefits policies comply with local laws and regulations; support audits and statutory reporting. - Build and maintain dashboards and reports on pay equity, turnover, benefits utilisation and reward KPIs. - Operate HRIS/Payroll integrations for total rewards data; own data quality, updates and system reconciliations. - Prepare clear communications and FAQs for managers and employees about rewards, policy changes and enrollment windows. - Advise leaders on compensation decisions for hiring, retention and internal mobility; provide recommendations grounded in data. - Support special projects: incentive plan design, equity programs, job evaluations, pay equity reviews and reward pilots. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field. - 2–5 years’ experience in compensation & benefits, total rewards, HR analytics or reward consulting. - Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, R or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus. - Practical knowledge of pay structures, job evaluation methods, benefits design and local statutory requirements. - Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle or similar) and data integrations. - Clear communicator able to translate complex analyses into concise recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. - High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage confidential information. - Certifications (e.g., WorldatWork, CIPD) are advantageous but not required. - Comfortable working across time zones and partnering with finance and external vendors
