Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with the UAE laws in respect of incorporation of new companies and yearly renewals.

· Performing client due diligence using various databases and search facilities to identify PEPs, SOEs, and sanctions.

· Conducting risk assessments for high-risk customers and reporting adverse findings and compliance risks.

· Maintaining comprehensive records of all review activities.

· Conducts regular monitoring and auditing of InZone’s activities to ensure compliance.

· To conduct background checks for new clients and review the personal documentation submitted by clients (KYC Documents).

· Conduct regular (as per requirements) background checks for existing clients when necessary and as per policy.

· Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.

· Advise clients on the economic substance, UBO and other compliance requirements.

· Remaining up to date on current regulatory and compliance changes.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.

· Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role.

· Strong experience with AML policies.

· ACAMS qualification is highly desirable.

· Risk management expertise.

· Strong ethics and good critical thinking skills.
