Concierge Consultant

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Handling clients’ travel and lifestyle requests via phone, email, and messengers.
• Booking hotels, flights, restaurants, tours, deliveries, and other services.
• Managing client requests in the CRM system.
• Providing in-person client assistance when required (outside the office).

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Concierge, Client Service, Travel, or related fields.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Valid driving license.
