Construction Manager

Description:

Tarrad Development is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a results-oriented professional with extensive experience managing high-rise construction projects across the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading construction operations, coordinating project execution, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Candidates must possess the required Dubai Municipality Unlimited Licence or Trakhees Approval and demonstrate strong leadership throughout every stage of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee high-rise construction projects from planning through completion.

• Manage daily site operations while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.

• Monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely project delivery.

• Ensure all construction activities comply with UAE regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience within the UAE.

• At least 10 years of experience managing high-rise building construction projects in the UAE.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Valid Dubai Municipality Unlimited Licence or Trakhees Approval is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project execution, and site management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proven ability to manage construction teams and deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
